This natural preserved sisal is a reddish-tan color and perfect for embellishing craft projects, creating scenes in dioramas, using as "grass" in Easter baskets, making bottlebrush trees and more! It is a delightful embellishment at the base of spun cotton mushrooms and an ideal "straw" for manger scenes and creches.
This listing is for a 50g bag which is approximately 4 cups compressed and can be separated or fluffed to be a lot more voluminous. Bag measures about 8" x 10".
To apply as an embellishment: Paint an even coat of clear-drying craft glue on your item (we like Alleen's Tacky Glue), gently press sisal into place. Work over a large piece of paper in order to corral and collect the excess strands and dust. For a more even look, paint the surface of your item tan first.
Notice: Real sisal. Imported from Europe. Wooden sheep and quarter not included.
Measure the fullest part of your chest across your bust and shoulder blades (usually not the same as your bra size!). Then use the guide below to get a general idea of which size tops should work for you.
*Larger busted but otherwise slender Sirens tell us that it is possible to size down one inch (e.g., a 38” bust may be able to wear a Medium), but when in doubt, size up.
Care:
Hand or machine wash cool on gentle cycle with like colors only. Hang to dry or machine dry delicate.
