Supplies: Blown Glass Horns, Scraps, Petite Dresden Borders, Dresden Halos + Stars, Lametta Tinsel, Scissors, Clear-Drying Craft Glue

Step 1: Gather your supplies: Cut out scraps and Dresden pieces, match halos to scraps, etc.

Step 2: Make sure you're working on the correct side of your horn -- the curve at the bottom should be "on top" as shown in the photo below -- so as you add embellishments they will be facing slightly upward, not tilting down.

Step 3: Glue a piece of lametta along the inner curve of the horn taking care to allow that some will stick out all sides of the scrap once the scrap is placed.  We used a piece about 7" long and curved it in an "S" shape so some would wind across the hole diagonally and cover the back of the scrap. Let dry.

Step 4: Glue a figural scrap to a halo. Let dry.  Place scrap over lametta and glue in place when pleased with positioning.  Take care to glue securely at points that touch the horn.  Let dry.

Step 5:   Glue a petite Dresden border around the bell part of the horn.  Glue a small Dresden star or flower over where the border ends meet.  Let dry.

Tips: Try placing your supplies first before glueing to get a feel for placement, color combos, etc. 

Lightly paint the backside of your scraps to match the color of lametta used.  A light coat of gold craft paint will "hide" the back of your scrap.
