Supplies: Cones, Easter Scraps, Stickers, Dresden Borders, Velvet Ribbon, Glue, Scissors

Step 1: Prepare your supplies: Select which scraps or stickers will pair with which cones and Dresden borders.

Step 2: Glue scraps to fronts of cones taking care to center images and wrap gently around the curve of the cone. Let dry. If using stickers, simply peel and stick images in desired location.

Step 3: Glue Dresden borders to top edges of cones using the crepe cuff as a guide. Let dry.

Step 4: Fill with small candies or treats and tie top with a complimentary ribbon.

Tips: The crepe cuffs are not colorfast -- use glue sparingly as color may bleed slightly.

Stickers may lift at edges when placed around tight curves -- don't be afraid to add a drop of glue to keep them in place.

Dresden trim in aqua looks great paired with the green crepe top -- it adds a nice gradient effect and softness to the brightness of the carrot cone.

You don't just have to make a carrot! Other cone colors pair beautifully with a mix of scraps and borders for both bold and delicate cones.
